The Office Administrator will assist in all daily office activities and support the company’s leadership team with poise and professionalism. A key component of the role requires the incumbent to perform a variety of processing functions that are under strict timelines and require attention to detail while maintaining customer service delivery that is second to none.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer and direct phone inquiries and greet guests
Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel and accommodation and other events as requested
Support the Executive Management Team with calendar maintenance, email management and other administrative tasks as required
Monitor, maintain and order office supplies and resources for all areas; order and pick up meals as required
Responsible for maintaining copy room (keep tidy and stocked with office supplies)
Responsible for kitchen and coffee station upkeep
Other duties as assigned/required

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5+ years related work experience in an administrative role
Strong organizational skills with ability to adapt to new priorities throughout the day
High level of attention to detail and accuracy and excellent communication skills
Proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly with formatting and editing complex agreements and reports in Word
A self-starter with the ability to take initiative
Highly organized with the ability to self-manage, multi-task and balance conflicting priorities
Demonstrated written and communication skills
Excellent research skills
Easily liaises and interacts with all types of personalities while maintaining professionalism
Must have own vehicle, clean driving record and proof of auto insurance to pick up supplies and meals
