Job Overview
Perera Lawn & Property Care is a growing, locally-owned lawn and property care company serving Brampton and the surrounding area. We’re known for sharp, reliable, premium service — and we’re expanding. We’re looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Representative to be the engine behind our growth: generating leads, closing new customers, and building our brand both on the ground and online.
This is a hands-on, results-driven role for someone who’s confident, self-motivated, and excited to help build something from the early stages. Strong performers will have the opportunity to grow into a Sales & Marketing Manager role as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through online channels, local outreach, and community marketing
- Respond to and follow up with customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Close new weekly, biweekly, and one-time lawn care customers
- Build, manage, and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.)
- Create, post, and manage local advertising (Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace, community groups)
- Track leads, quotes, and bookings, and follow up to convert prospects into customers
- Represent the Perera brand professionally throughout the Brampton community
- Share customer feedback and market insights to help improve our services and offers
Qualifications
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with potential customers in person and online
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage leads and follow-ups consistently
- Sales, marketing, customer service, or social media experience is an asset (not required — drive and work ethic matter most)
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and online marketplaces
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is an asset (helpful for local outreach)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Compensation
Performance-based: competitive commission per booked customer plus performance bonuses, with a base component as the role proves out. Strong earning potential directly tied to results — top performers are rewarded, with a clear path to grow into a Sales & Marketing Manager position.
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
