Our Front of House isn’t “just counter staff”- it’s the engine of the guest experience. You are the first impression, the last impression, and everything in between.
What You’re Responsible For
- Owning the guest experience from the second they walk in
- Taking orders confidently and making strong menu recommendations
- Upselling sides, add-ons, and extras (because our food deserves it)
- Running food hot, fresh, and correctly - every time
- Expoing orders with accuracy and urgency
- Keeping the front clean, stocked, and dialed in at all times
- Communicating clearly with the kitchen and your team
- Handling pressure like a pro during rushes
- Representing the Boneheads brand with energy, pride, and professionalism

Pay: $16.75-$17.25 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
