Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to meet their needs
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Assist with merchandising by organizing products on shelves and maintaining attractive displays
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to encourage sales and upselling opportunities
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and perform basic stock organization
- Handle cashier duties including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing cash registers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area to ensure a safe shopping environment
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and improve store operations
- Utilize bilingual skills to assist diverse customer groups when needed
- Provide support during promotional events or special sales initiatives
Experience
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counts
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, or technology sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and team members
