Job Description
We are seeking caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys working with young children in a positive, structured environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Supervise children during play, meals, and rest times
- Maintain daily communication with parents/guardians
- Observe and document children’s progress
- Follow all licensing and center policies
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check clearance (required)
