Our Pickering location is seeking passionate and service-driven individuals to join our Front of House team as Servers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, value teamwork, and are enthusiastic about delivering memorable guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Clearly communicate menu options, daily features, and promotions
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared service area
- Process payments using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members and support staff to ensure smooth service
- Uphold all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Smart Serve Certification (required)
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- A proactive, team-oriented approach to service
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
