We’re looking for passionate Customer Care Representatives who are eager to grow their career with Canada’s only live broadcast retailer. This is a full-time position supporting customers who order our TSC products. It will start on July 15th, 2020 at our Mississauga location.
Empathetic – You are someone who is able to show understanding and relate to the customer
Outgoing – You are someone who is friendly and approachable
Patient – You are someone who regardless of situation is able to support the customer in a tactful and effective manner
Passionate – You are someone who loves TSC products, from health and beauty to home and electronics

Promote and recommend the latest TSC products to customers
Receive inbound and outbound calls and provide the best service to our customers
Take ownership to resolve customer issues from the beginning to end

You should have:
A flexible schedule. Our hours of operation are 7 days a week (Monday to Sunday) from 7am - 12am. Your schedule may fall anywhere in between these times
Expert communication and listening skills
An ability to remain calm and polite when working under pressure
An ability to navigate multiple computer systems
In order to set you up for success, there will be a mandatory training starting on July 15th, 2020.
