Best Buy Canada's Service Center, based out of Langley, BC, is currently looking for a Call Centre Agent! The Call Centre Agent will be responsible for day to day customer service responsibilities within our National Administration Department. Customers are the heart and soul of everything we do at Best Buy Canada, so when things don’t go as anticipated for them, it’s the Customer Service team that steps in to collaborate with our customers on solutions and make amazing happen.
Full-Time (Monday to Friday) with flexibility to work on Weekends
6 month contract with possibility of permanent
As a Call Centre Agent you will….
Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints and obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
Handle difficult customer calls including, warranty claims and extended ETAs on unit repairs
Respond promptly and professionally to customer and store inquiries via phone & email
Partner with various departments from Technical and Parts team to ensure customer excellence
Ensure that assigned process metrics are actively monitored and maintained within targets
The experience we need…
Fundamentally strong e-mail communication skills and general computer literacy.
1-2 years providing exceptional customer service over the phone
Experience in skilled in customer escalations
