We Are Growing and We are seeking an energetic and motivated **Condominium Manager with a CMRAO Limited Licence or OLCMl** who has at least one (1) year of experience managing condominium corporations in Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to grow their career with a forward-thinking property management company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a mid rise condominium corporation in compliance with the Condominium Act, 1998 and CMRAO requirements.
- Build strong relationships with Boards of Directors, residents, contractors, and service providers.
- Coordinate Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings, and owner communications.- Prepare management reports, budgets, and meeting packages.
- Oversee maintenance programs, preventive maintenance, and capital projects.
- Manage service contracts and ensure contractor performance.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and resident concerns.
- Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports.
- Work closely with accounting staff regarding budgets, arrears, and financial reporting.
- Ensure legislative compliance and implementation of Board decisions.
Qualifications- CMRAO Limited Licence or OLCM in good standing.
- Minimum 1 year of Ontario condominium management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, customer-focused, and solution-oriented.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Experience with condominium management software is considered an asset.
