Position Type: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday through Saturday (7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, opening and closing shifts), including some Saturdays
Tudor Glen Veterinary Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a pivotal member of our staff, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality veterinary care while also providing outstanding service to their owners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service: Ensure exceptional client service by efficiently managing client interactions, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a supportive and welcoming environment for pet owners.
- Patient Triage: Take the lead in the walk-in triage process, assess patient priority, and direct veterinary care to ensure timely and appropriate treatment.
- Workflow Optimization: Actively evaluate and improve clinic workflows to boost efficiency, minimize wait times, and elevate the standard of care.
- Communication: Serve as the primary communication link for our staff, facilitating effective coordination with team members and ensuring smooth transitions through the appointment and surgery processes.
- Quality Control: Oversee and uphold the clinic's standards of care, including maintaining cleanliness, ensuring proper patient handling, and adhering to established medical protocols.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service or reception, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting.
