Key Duties & Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically, making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently, ensuring timely seating for guests while optimizing table turnover.
- Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and take reservations while providing information about the restaurant.
- Collaborate with the serving team to ensure smooth seating transitions and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area.
- Engage with guests while they wait, ensuring they feel attended to and informed of wait times.
- Assist in managing guest flow and communicating table status to the rest of the team.
What You Bring to the Table
- Customer Service Experience: Experience in a customer-facing role is an asset, but not required. We’re excited to train enthusiastic individuals who love creating a welcoming guest experience!
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage guests with confidence, professionalism, and friendliness.
