Night Time Kitchen Cleaner & Helper
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Night Time Kitchen Cleaner & Maintenance person to join our team. The Kitchen Cleaner & Maintenance person will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations by assisting in maintaining cleanliness, including but not limited to dishes, deep clean of all kitchen areas, equipment, garbage areas & floors etc. This person should have basic knowledge in general maintenance such as fixing drywall and painting, leaking taps, light fixtures etc.
Responsibilities:
-Closing the kitchen each night-Following a closing checklist for deep cleaning in the Kitchen-Dishwashing
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Support kitchen staff in organizing and storing supplies.
- Assist in basic tasks as needed.
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work early shifts, weekends, and adapt to changing schedules.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
