Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Calgary team. Based out of our Calgary office, you will oversee abatement projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners to support business development and project opportunities.
- Manage abatement and hazardous materials projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, equipment, and project resources.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall project performance.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience in construction, remediation, or related industry.
- Proven experience with project estimating and budget management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.
- Abatement certification/ticket (required).
- First Aid certification (required).
