- Lawn mowing, using both riding and walk behind mowers
- Trimming using power and manual tools
- Planting flowers, shrubs and bushes
- Maintenance of planting beds, fertilizing, weeding etc.
- Sweeping side walkways, raking leaves etc.
- Seasonal decorating
- Winter snow removal and de-icing
- General property maintenance labor work.
- Valid class 5 NB driving license
