BFM Foundation Canada is a national Christian organization operating over 50 Mission Thrift Stores across Canada. Net revenues support the Joint Ministry of BFM Foundation Canada and Bible League Canada (BLC), funding global literacy programs, church planter training, and Bible distribution. Operated primarily by dedicated volunteers, our stores combine retail, recycling, and community support to serve a higher purpose.

Key Responsibilities
- Receiving & Logistics: Assist receiving staff with safe cart consolidation, packing, warehouse placement, and loading items to be stored on or off site.
- Quality Control & Sorting: Assess incoming product quality to categorize items for cleaning, testing, recycling, or disposal.
- Customer & Staff Support: Help staff and customers safely move large items, and express gratitude to donors while handling prohibited items professionally.
- Facility & Grounds Maintenance: Maintain clean recycling and waste receptacles, ensure end-of-day building security, and perform outdoor upkeep (weed removal, snow removal, and walkway de-icing).
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly alongside staff and volunteer teams, participating in scheduled training and providing coverage during high-volume periods.
