Duties
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee store merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory management to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage payroll, budgeting, and purchasing processes to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff members to build a high-performing team.
- Supervise cash handling, cashiering operations, and POS (Point of Sale) systems for seamless transactions.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and administrative procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising retail sales and store management with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, merchandising, pricing, and sales management.
- Proficiency with POS systems, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities.
- Experience in recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and marketing strategies.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of retail industry best practices along with excellent math skills for inventory control and financial reporting.
