Missions and Responsibilities

ALLEX PROGRAM – Career Development Program for Recent Graduates

The ALLEX Program is a 24 months training, career development and rotational program designed to introduce new hires to all facets of Air Liquide early in their career. Participants work in different entities of Air Liquide Canada to develop their knowledge and skills while making contact with people at all levels of the Company, and mostly, to get a true business experience.

You will be doing… but not only

Become proficient in the operation and mission of each department and business line you rotate through (operations, commercial, project engineering, data control, distribution & logistic, smart operations, etc.)

Meet or exceed the company safety standards

Complete the rotation objectives as specified by the rotation supervisor

Complete the required training as specified

What you have to offer…

For the engineering profile:
Bachelors or Masters degree (minimum 3.0/4.0 or 3.3/4.3 GPA) is required in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial)

For the business profile:
Bachelor or Masters degree (minimum 3.0/4.0 or 3.3/4.3 GPA) is required Business Administration (MBA), Administration, Engineering (chemical, mechanical, electric, industrial) or in Marketing.

Other requirements:
Previous co-op or internship experience required

Less than one year of experience

Willing to relocate between rotations as required (within Canada)

Demonstrated ability with the Google Suite as well as various PC programs

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. English required, French considered a strong advantage
