Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Residential Apartment Maintenance Person to oversee the upkeep and repair of our residential apartment communities. This role requires a versatile individual with strong mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills, capable of managing routine maintenance tasks.
Duties
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, appliances, and building fixtures.
- Conduct routine building inspections and complete preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues miscellaneous issues with contractors.
- Restore residential units to "factory" condition upon tenant move out (Patching, painting, checking appliances).
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests with professional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience with residential apartment buildings.
- Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
- Reliable, self directed, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Available to work on call evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.
- Valid driver's license.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
