We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Lead/Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, managing a team of electricians, and ensuring that all electrical systems and components are installed, maintained, and repaired efficiently
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of electricians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Plan and schedule electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Train and mentor junior electricians.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in electrical project management and supervision.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and equipment.
- Proficiency in interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Mark up Prints for panel designers
- Experience Dealing with Electrical Inspectors
- Self-starter and is eager to learn
- Will lead the electrical department, including an apprentice
- PUNCTUAL and has reliable transportation
- Full Time (40-55hours per week)

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
