Your Team

As a Project Administrator I, you’ll work closely with various departments to support key aspects of project administration, including client support, documentation management and creation, public and community outreach initiatives, and supporting the team with various documentation-based tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who has a high attention to detail and is looking to start and/or build a career in emergency response services.
What You’ll Do & How You’ll Make an Impact
- Assist in gathering and organizing client information for project preparation.
- Participate in internal project kickoff meetings to align team efforts with client goals.
- Perform basic file maintenance, including organizing project records and documentation.
- Handle time tracking and internal budget entry tasks.
- Support environmental and site planning efforts, including preparing area user notifications.
- Assist in printing and distributing emergency response plans (ERPs) and project materials.
- Engage in collaboration tasks with internal ERP services teams to ensure project alignment.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma in business or office administration.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in administration or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project timelines and requirements.
- Exhibits a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
- Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
- Completion of, or working towards, Incident Command System (ICS) 100 certification is preferred.
