Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Assist clients with hair styling consultations and services, ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas
- Promote and upsell retail products to enhance client experience and meet sales goals
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, check-in/check-out processes, and answering inquiries
- Educate clients on available services, promotions, and product recommendations
- Ensure smooth daily operations by coordinating with team members and managing client flow
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and warmly
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques is preferred; training can be provided for the right candidate
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently to maintain a safe environment
- Experience in retail sales and upselling strategies to increase product sales
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and administrative tasks
