Responsibilities
Reporting to the Support Approach Team (SAT) Clinical Lead, the Associate Clinical Lead is responsible for the delivery of quality, specialized, individual services in accordance with agency mission, philosophy, position standards, and Code of Ethics. This position will provide behaviour analytic services for referred individuals with disabilities in consultation with relevant teams, which is inclusive of agencies’ staffing teams, involved professionals and individuals/ guardians.
Responsibilities include providing clinical support for consultants within SAT programs. Consultation services will be provided to supervisors and referred individuals within related agencies. Additional responsibilities include participation in service area strategic planning, agency task forces and committees, and the development and provision of staff and individual training sessions as required. With the approval of the Executive Director, the SAT Associate Clinical Lead also may supervise qualified candidates for certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providing services within the agency when appropriate and consistent with the standards and practices of the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Qualifications & Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology or Educational Psychology, or other degree acceptable to BACB.
- Have and maintain registration as a BCBA with the BACB in good standing.
- Five years experience working with individuals with an intellectual disability or psychiatric diagnoses.
Completed BACB approved 8-hour Supervisor Training and/or Supervision related coursework
- Preferred; at least one year of experience mentoring others in behaviour analytical principles
- Preferred coursework and/or workshops in ethical supervision that meet the BACB standards of supervision.

Typical Schedule
Monday to Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm, though flexibility is required to meet operational needs.
Compensation
The annual salary for this position is 75,000.00 to 90,125.00 per year to start and we offer a competitive benefits package.
