Customer Service Representative – Co-op Opportunity
Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Service and working within our CSR Department, this position is responsible for supporting a team of 10 individuals. Some of the required duties include:
Customer service duties including - Order entry, contract application, position balancing, and customer pricing
Processing transactions using Service Cloud CRM
Communicating with supply chain, production, operations, transportation, credit, sales and customers
Other duties as required and relevant to the development of the incumbent
Qualified candidates will be enrolled in the Agricultural Business, Marketing or International Business program, have an aptitude for superior customer service, excellent oral and written communication skills and proficiency in PC applications (MS Word / Excel) are required.
