Job summary
Harvey’s Pierrefonds is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and financial performance.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- plan, organize and control restaurant operations.
- supervise, train and schedule 20+ employees
- Manage inventory and supplier orders
- Control food and labour costs
- Monitor sales, budgets and overall P&L performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards
- Resolve customer complaints
- Participate in local store marketing initiatives
Job Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of restaurant managment experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Follow all Harvey's standards as outlined by the GM and Harvey's brand executives
- English required and French is an asset
Qualifications:
- Food Service/Hospitality Experience
- Must have a love of food and strive for culinary excellence
