Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall success of our projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and boats
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately.
- Travel to and from town on runs (license 5)
- Maintain yard grass
- Support skilled tradespeople in various tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes.
Experience
- Previous experience in labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
