Our services include sales, installations and repairs, and our customers consist of first responders, government agencies and private services.
Job summary
- Follows up on customer orders as required
- Follows up on customer requests as required
- Reviews open order reports to ensure orders are on schedule
- Sign for incoming shipments and provide paperwork to Inventory Control
- Pulling orders for shipping as required
- Pick, pack and fulfilling orders in Netsuite
- Shipping orders as required
- Use discretion when selecting a courier for specific requirements
- Produce daily shipping records and submit to admin staff for invoicing, including all packing
initialed packing slips for back up
- Assist Install, Service and Sales departments in making amendments to products as required
- Assist in preparing packing slips and invoices marked “to be printed” for installation and service departments for customer pick ups
- Help around the shop as needed
Minimum requirements
- Grade 12 diploma
- Familiarity with Microsoft office products
- Good keyboarding skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Professional, courteous manner
- Aptitude to learn about our products
- Fork lift experience an asset
- Clean driving record
