Overview
If you love working with people, enjoy fashion, this is the place for you! The ideal candidate is a results-driven person whose responsibilities will include customer service/sales duties, work with merchandising and displays, unpacking merchandise and help with social media posts. We have a flexible start date, but are hoping to fill this position by mid August, 2026.
Duties
- Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

- Excellent communication skills and capable of developing relationships with customers and colleagues
- Flexible, reliable, and are able to work within retail store hours (including at least one weekend day)
- A keen eye for beauty and style.
- Perficient Computer knowledge (preferably POS systems)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience: customer service, retail, fashion
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality
- Familiarity with our brands is an asset
- We are willing to train a candidate who may not have worked in a retail environment before, but has the right personality and an interest in this industry.
