Vegetable and flower farm seeking a reliable and experienced tractor operator to join our team.
This position is focused primarily on tractor and equipment operation, including tillage, planting, cultivating, haying, mowing, and other field work.
Other general farm duties may be required from time to time, including greenhouse work, vegetable processing, and property maintenance.
Requirements:
- Previous tractor and farm equipment experience
- Valid G driver’s licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from the farm
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
This is a full-time position throughout the growing season, with reduced winter hours available through snow removal and property maintenance.
