Char Le Blanc Salon is looking for an energetic, highly skilled and highly motivated Salon coordinator/Assistant Manager with a proven ability to drive service and retail sales while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be leading a team of very experienced and professional hair stylists in an environment that is passionate about quality and excellence in customer service.
MUST BE COMPUTER SAVY AND STRONG IN SOCIAL MEDIA/ MARKETING
You will also be able to celebrate your creative expression by continuing to provide clients with your exceptional hair cutting and styling services.
What are we looking for in a great salon assistant manager?
· 3 years of customer experience
· Computer skills to work with our POS systems
· Ability to supervise 5-10 people
· Effective interpersonal skills
· Flexible, Reliable and Organized
· Dedication to great customer service
· Team player
· Ability to assist should any gap comes up
What would you be doing?
· Meet service targets and adhere to salon processes / procedures
· Meet financial performance goals
· Offer exceptional customer service to our guests during their hair appointments
· Address customers' complaints or concerns
· Plan and control inventory
· Implement marketing strategies and campaigns
· Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
· Coach staff on achieving customer service and performance goals
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
· Respond to inquiries and resolve problems
