We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily business operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being actively involved in all aspects of the business. The Operations Manager will support operational efficiency, team performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. A background in logistics or healthcare is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and support staff across departments
- Supervise and support team members to ensure consistent performance
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Coordinate purchasing of supplies and equipment and manage vendor relationships
- Ensure adequate inventory levels to support operational needs
- Manage fleet operations, including maintenance scheduling and repairs
- Support business development initiatives
- Maintain strong customer relationships and respond to service-related inquiries or concerns
- Ensure quality control standards are met and continuously improved across operations
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant operational or management experience
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration (degree, diploma, or equivalent)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Previous office management experience
- Experience working with dispatching or scheduling software is an asset
- Experience managing people in a fast-paced environment
- Standard First Aid and CPR/AED
- Clean driving record
- Clear vulnerable sector check
- Must have had Class G licence for minimum of 3 years
- Organized, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable supervising, training, and supporting team members

Pay: $58,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
