Lead a Team That Takes Pride in Quality Work
Comfort Home Insulation & Roofing is looking for an experienced Insulation Crew Lead to lead residential insulation projects throughout Calgary and the surrounding area.

This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities to advance as our company continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise an insulation installation crew
- Complete attic, garage, basement, and crawlspace insulation projects
- Install fiberglass batt and blown cellulose insulation
- Perform attic top-ups, insulation removals, air sealing, ventilation, and baffle installation
- Ensure every project meets company quality standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Train and mentor new installers
- Complete job documentation and before/after photos
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site
- Ensure work is completed safely and on schedule
Qualifications
- Residential insulation experience required
- Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with clean driver's abstract
- Comfortable driving a truck and trailer
- Able to pass a criminal record check
- Physically fit and able to lift 50–75 lbs.
- Comfortable working on ladders, in attics, and confined spaces
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Assets
Experience with:
- Blown cellulose insulation
- Fiberglass batt insulation
- Air sealing
- Attic ventilation
- Vapour barriers
- Insulation removal
- Residential roofing
- Trailer towing
- Fall Protection, WHMIS, or First Aid certifications
· Previous crew leadership experience is strongly preferred.
