Fence Crew Driver – Temporary Fence Installation
Position: Fence Crew Driver
Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
We are currently hiring a Fence Crew Driver to support our temporary fence installation operations. This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who enjoys hands-on work, driving, and working outdoors in changing seasonal conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company trucks and transport fencing materials to job sites
- Tow and maneuver trailers (trailer experience required)
- Assist with loading, unloading, installation, and removal of temporary fencing
- Provide professional, courteous customer service on job sites
- Effectively manage time to meet daily schedules and deadlines
- Multitask and problem-solve during installations and removals
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Trailer towing experience required
- Open availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven problem-solving ability
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing manual labor
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in all seasonal weather conditions
- Reliable personal transportation to and from the yard/shop

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
