Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and engineering industry, is seeking a PLM Process Professional 1 to join their team. As a PLM Process Professional 1, you will be part of the Data Migration team supporting global product lifecycle management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead all Business Unit-level data migration activities for the Teamcenter transition, ensuring alignment with global processes and timelines.
- Collaborate with the Global Data Migration Team and Data Migration Partner, ensuring consistent interpretation of scope, mapping, migration rules, and quality gates.
- Own data scope, mapping, transformation logic, and validation, ensuring migrated data is at least as useful and accessible as in the original Teamcenter and preferably improved.
- Define and validate attribute mapping between old and new Teamcenter data structures, including items, BOMs, metadata, classifications, and engineering artifacts.
- Coordinate extraction, cleansing, transformation, and load (ETL) activities across internal SMEs, Migration Partners, and global PLM teams.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in Teamcenter / Active Workspace data structures, item management, revisions, BOMs, and metadata rules.
- Strong background in data analysis, data quality assessment, and handling complex engineering datasets.
- Prior experience leading or executing PLM data migrations (preferably multi-system enterprise migrations).
- Hands-on experience with mapping design, ETL workflows, and data validation frameworks.
- Understanding of core engineering product data (Items, BOMs, Specifications, CAD/PD data, Service BOM variants, etc.).
