This is a contract position to cover a leave of absence, it will be revisited every 30 days and may have the potential to become permanent.
The right candidate is an analytical thinker, problem solver, proficient in computers and an excellent multitasker with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Daily, you’ll be asked to receive customers, match their needs with appropriate services, and work as part of a well-rounded service team.
Regular duties include satisfying customers, expediting the repair and service of vehicles, understanding and explaining problems related to the work being completed, assisting the Service Manager in resolving customer complaints, problem solving, dispatching of work orders and communication of work requirements with technicians.
Customer relations is the number one asset. Knowledge of vehicles would be and asset, all candidates will receive training and support in their role. A valid drivers license is a must.
