DuMoulin Boskovich LLP is a law firm with offices in Vernon, Kelowna and Vancouver. We are seeking a skilled Conveyancer to join our team. The Conveyancer will be responsible for facilitating property transactions by preparing legal documents, conducting title searches, and ensuring all aspects of the conveyancing process are completed accurately and efficiently.
Duties
- Prepare legal documents related to property transactions
- Conduct title searches to ensure clear ownership of properties
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and real estate agents throughout the conveyancing process
- Manage the exchange of contracts and completion of property sales
- Handle financial aspects such as deposits and payments
- Maintain accurate records and files related to property transactions
Skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Proficiency in legal drafting and document preparation
- Ability to analyze complex legal documents and identify key information
- Excellent administrative skills for handling paperwork efficiently
- Proficient in filing documents accurately and securely

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
