The GroupNet Coordinator provides and maintains secure GroupNet access to
Great-West Life Group clients for the purpose of enrollment, billing and reporting activities and also provides immediate support regarding usage of GroupNet to clients, brokers and group representatives.

Providing access to GroupNet for Great-West Life Group clients
Communicating with Group Representatives, Clients, Brokers/Agents and Head Office personnel via telephone, email and/or fax
Auditing assigned work to ensure that all information has been received and the proper forms/authorization have been completed for the request that has been received
Qualifications and Competencies:
Ability to excel within a Purpose/Vision driven environment
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Problem solving and decision making abilities
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
A working knowledge of the following systems would be an asset: PAS, EAS, TSO, Internet, Outlook, Access and Excel
Experience within the Group Division would be a definite asset
Though not required, Bilingual skills would be an asset
You will consent to a criminal background check as well as the Government of Canada enhanced security screening, the cost will be covered by Canada Life
