Position: Full Time Tactical Security Guards
Site: Retail Malls | Office Buildings
Job Type: Full time, Permanent, Part-Time
Hours: Various Shifts, must be available to work days/afternoons/nights/holidays and weekends
Special Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security License
- Access to a vehicle - Preferred
- Must be available for all shifts (days, afternoons, nights, holidays, weekends )
- 1-year Tactical Experience (Preferred)
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, emails, typing )
- First Aid/CPR Level C
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment
- Customer Service Experience
- Police Foundations (Asset)
Duties:
- Working closely with Mall Management
- Full knowledge of 494 and Trespass to Property Act
- Review and respond to emails relating to Security or Security Supervisor
- Review incident reports to ensure all is up to standard
- Review and save important CCTV footage
- Writing reports
- Obtaining statements and collecting information for Incident Reports
- Performing Customer Service-related functions
- Experience with enforcing TPA and situations where Use of Force is required
- Be physically capable of performing the required duties
- Basic knowledge and use of integrated security systems
