We are looking for a Parts Person / Service Writer in Fort McMurray, Alberta, who can support our team by coordinating service work, ordering parts, and organizing mechanics while maintaining strong client relationships.

How You’ll Move the Needle
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the service team
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate mechanical work efficiently
- Order parts and ensure availability aligns with scheduled jobs
- Prepare work orders and clearly communicate job requirements to mechanics
- Track job progress and provide timely updates to clients
- Maintain accurate service and parts records
- Support shop workflow by prioritizing jobs and minimizing downtime
What You Need to Succeed
- Previous automotive service writing experience is required
- Experience as a Parts Person or in parts ordering
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- Clear, professional communication with clients and technicians
- Ability to manage multiple work orders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
What Would Give You an Edge
- Experience coordinating multiple mechanics or service bays
- Familiarity with shop management or service scheduling software
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a high-volume or fleet service environment
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
