Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their vehicle service needs
- Schedule appointments and manage service workflow
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle's condition and needed repairs
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role
- Understanding of automotive services and repairs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with automotive service software is a plus
