Our South Calgary location is currently looking to add a highly motivated and customer-focused Warehouse Worker to the team. In this role, you will be responsible for building orders safely and efficiently for delivery. Together with other team members our Warehouse staff you strive to exceed customer expectations.
Primary duties include:
- Building orders for delivery and pick-up
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Safely operating a forklift
- Ensuring all trucks are loaded efficiently and accurately
- Managing quality and inventory control measures for your area
- Ensuring safety and service expectations are maintained at all times
- Maintaining good housekeeping
- Inspecting and maintaining equipment to ensure good working order
- Counting and tracking inventory
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of one-year forklift experience
- Strong mathematical ability
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and hardworking to complete safe work on time
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift heavy loads
- Must be able to work as part of a team
