Key Responsibilities:

Plan labour, materials, equipment, and schedules to keep projects on track.

Monitor quality control and ensure finished work meets company standards and client expectations.

Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and management.

Track job progress, materials, equipment needs, and daily site activity.

Identify and resolve job-site issues quickly while maintaining a professional, solutions-focused approach.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential landscaping, landscape construction, or grounds maintenance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods, horticulture, plant care, grading, hardscape installation, and seasonal property maintenance.

Ability to lead crews, delegate tasks, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
