Deek Music Academy is a team of university educated musicians & teachers and professionals. We provide private, one-on-one & online lessons, as well as community-based group and summer music programs.
We are currently looking for a Piano Instructor to join our team.

Requirements:
- Access to a reliable vehicle to get to and from the academy
- Reliable, patient, open-minded and enjoy working with children
- Able to work independently with limited to no supervision
- Able to teach technique and repertoire in a fun, engaging manner
- BA Music or completion of ARCT is considered an asset
- ECEs & Ontario Certified Teachers are encouraged with rate premiums
Responsibilities:
- Teach levels of piano (beginner methods to advanced)
- Encourage the joy of making music
- Help students develop the discipline and commitment required for success
- Make learning just as fun as making music itself
- Building a strong relationship with the students to better help them succeed
- Give brief feedback to parents at the end of every lesson/type notes in platform

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
