Adora Bright Pediatric Therapy Services is seeking an experienced and highly organized ABA Centre Operations Supervisor to join our management team.
Adora Bright is a growing multidisciplinary pediatric therapy organization operating across two locations in York Region. We provide ABA and a range of developmental and therapeutic services to children, youth, and families.
This is a senior operational leadership position reporting directly to the Clinical Director. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the centres, staff performance and accountability, scheduling, service coordination, family service concerns, safety, and overall operational quality.
This is not a clinical decision-making position. The Centre Operations Supervisor works closely with Adora Bright’s Registered Behaviour Analysts (RBAs) and is responsible for ensuring that staff follow the clinical programs, protocols, behaviour plans, and recommendations established by the supervising RBA. Clinical decisions and modifications remain the responsibility of the RBA.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across Adora Bright’s two locations.
- Provide leadership, direction, and operational supervision to centre staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, professionalism, performance, and completion of responsibilities.
- Manage daily staffing, scheduling, coverage, room allocation, and service-delivery needs.
- Address operational concerns and escalate significant matters to the Clinical Director.
- Work collaboratively with RBAs to ensure their clinical directions and recommendations are consistently implemented by staff.
- Identify implementation concerns and refer clinical questions or treatment-related decisions to the appropriate RBA.
- Support staff onboarding, orientation, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Monitor completion of documentation, data collection, incident reports, and other required records.
- Support coordination between ABA and other multidisciplinary services.
- Serve as a management contact for routine family concerns related to scheduling, attendance, operations, and service experience.
- Ensure clinical questions from families are directed to the appropriate RBA or clinician.
- Maintain high standards for safety, professionalism, confidentiality, organization, and workplace policies.
- Support the Clinical Director with implementation of organizational procedures, systems, and operational priorities.
Qualifications
- Degree or advanced diploma in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Child and Youth Care, Autism and Behavioural Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working within ABA or pediatric therapy services preferred.
- Previous experience in a Senior Therapist, Lead Therapist, Clinic Coordinator, Program Supervisor, or other leadership role.
- Experience supervising, coaching, or managing staff.
- Strong understanding of ABA service delivery and the role of the supervising RBA.
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy pediatric therapy environment.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting is an asset.
- RBA registration is not required for this position.
Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
