Junior Finance Manager / Finance Assistant – Automotive

Go Richmond Kia is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and career-driven individual to join our fast-growing Finance & Insurance (F&I) Department as a Junior Finance Manager / Finance Assistant.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in automotive finance but may not have previous F&I experience. Automotive sales, retail sales, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
You will work directly alongside an experienced Finance Management team, learning the fundamentals of automotive financing, lender relations, deal structuring, protection products, compliance, and the overall F&I process.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting Finance Managers with day-to-day deal processing and administration
- Preparing finance contracts, customer documents, and deal paperwork
- Communicating with customers, lenders, sales staff, and management
- Learning how to structure and submit finance applications
- Assisting with lender approvals and funding requirements
- Learning F&I products, presentations, and processes
- Ensuring files are complete, accurate, and compliant
- Supporting a busy, high-volume Finance Department
- Gradually taking on additional Finance Manager responsibilities as your knowledge and experience grow

Previous automotive finance experience is not required.

This is not intended to be a permanent administrative position. For the right person, this role provides the opportunity to learn automotive finance from the ground up and develop toward a full Finance Manager position.
You will receive hands-on exposure to real deals, lender approvals, finance products, deal structuring, documentation, and the day-to-day operation of a high-performing automotive finance department.
