Reports to: Store Manager & Assistant Manager
Main Objectives
To effectively assist the Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving the company objectives, for sales, hours, and profitability, according to company policies. To ensure the image and customer service standards are in accordance with company policies.
 Must be perfectly trained at the POS to perform sales transactions and other functions that may become necessary in the absence of a key holder
 Must do their utmost to meet and exceed sales objectives
 Must respect work schedules as they are posted
 Must always follow the Company motto of the 4 Non-Negotiable Standards
 Must keep track of their own sales objectives and strive to achieve if not surpass these objectives
 Must check the black book on a regular basis to see where they stand on any given day
 Must have the speed and accuracy to properly execute the following:
o All markdowns done according to deadlines established by H.O. and as directed by store management
o All red tickets and slashes done according to deadlines established by H.O. and as directed by store management
o All related signage placed strategically according to instructions from H.O. and as directed by store management
 Must maintain a strong team spirit atmosphere and work toward achieving the company objectives
 Must perform receiving, unpacking tasks, and place merchandise in appropriate locations
 Must always be certain the Sales floor as well as Back-Store and off site storage (if applicable) are neat and organized. This means participating in the housekeeping and cleaning routines in order to ensure that the store is maintained at 100%
 Must always give full cooperation to Head Office personnel.
 To assist the store management in any social activity that promotes the corporate image.
 To promote, maintain and utilize a preferred client list as directed by H.O Marketing and MIS.
 All other tasks or duties as requested by Superiors
Visual and Marketing
 Must accurately do whatever Visual changes are requested by management
 Must ensure that all Signage is done according to directives
Human Resources
 Must follow Health and Safety regulations established by Provinces and make it their responsibility to read the posted regulations and changes.
Policies and Procedures
 Must understand corporate directives, policies and procedures in order to carry them out as per management directives
Loss Prevention & Security
 Must know, understand and comply with the policies and procedures concerning Security and Loss Prevention.

Job Type: Part-time
