About Us
Spectrum Dermatology is a busy medical and cosmetic dermatology clinic in New Westminster, BC, led by Dr. Sabrina Nurmohamed, MD, FRCPC. With 100+ patients seen daily across our dermatology team, we have a substantial and engaged patient base — and we're growing our cosmetic services program to match.
We offer laser treatments (vascular and CO₂), microneedling, and PRP-based services in a clinical setting where patients trust the recommendations of their dermatologist. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of that program and help it grow.
The Role
This is a hands-on clinical and patient-facing role focused on delivering and building our cosmetic services program. You'll work alongside our dermatologists and front-of-house team in a supportive, well-resourced environment with an immediate and warm patient referral base.
Core responsibilities include:
- Performing laser treatments across a range of indications (vascular lesions, hair removal, acne scarring)
- Performing microneedling treatments (with and without HA/PRP)
- Conducting aesthetic consultations including skin assessment, treatment planning, and contraindication screening
- Maintaining devices and managing inventory
- Managing your own treatment schedule in coordination with office manager
- Supporting patient conversion by educating existing dermatology patients about available cosmetic services
- Pre- and post-treatment care, treatment expectations, photography, and EMR documentation
- Contributing to treatment packages and retail sales (ZO Skin Health, TiZO)
- Participating in the clinic's social media presence and patient review program
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on laser experience is required (minimum 1 year)
- Cosmetic clinic experience required: microneedling, injectables (Botox/filler experience an asset but not required), skin care retail (minimum 3 years)
- Designation: Registered Aesthetician, LPN, or RN — we will consider the right candidate from any of these backgrounds
- Confident, patient-facing manner with genuine interest in building long-term patient relationships
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe)
- Organized and self-directed
- Comfortable contributing to a small team in a medical setting

- Part-time, approximately 3 days per week (Wednesday / Thursday / Friday)

- This role is supervised by the Medical Director and reports to the Clinic Manager
Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
