Golf knowledge is not a necessity but would be an asset. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and support our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Maintain a filing system and ensure proper document management.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and manage invoices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
