Job Overview:
We are seeking an individual who has successful demonstrated past in operational planning, with extensive experience in JobBOSS or an equivalent software system. The position manages the day to day activities to ensure accurate shop travelers are generated, issued and scheduled relative to work center capacity. Ensures work is balanced daily to customer need dates that the company achieves 100% on-time performance. Extensive experience programing and managing the software in JobBOSS or similar ERP Systems is critical. Trainingand assisting others in the operation of JobBOSS is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Create shop travelers
- Schedule travelers assigned to the shop
- Program and streamline the system as required
- Train and assist other users as required
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand material requirements and timelines of different jobs through the shop
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of Manufacturing Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience with JobBOSS or similar applications
Experience in the following JobBOSS or similar Applications:
Job Entry and Material Picking
- Creation Travelers
- Use of hardware and services
- Experience in the process and theory of picking material
Scheduling (like ShopBOSS) experience
- Experience in Scheduling of work through a shop is a must
- Rescheduling of jobs due to customer change in requested delivery
- Global scheduling
- Issuance of dispatches
Inventory Control
- Knowledge to add new material and raw material
- Able to use Find and Change application to globally revise Raw Material and Material Part Numbers
- Experience in JobBOSS Dashboards and KPI / Metric reporting.
- Experience in using JobBOSS or similar in tracking late parts to the schedule.
- Experience in creating Custom Reporting using Excel's Microsoft Query would be an asset.

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
