We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-orientated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. Position: Inside Sales Representative – Automation Hardware Sales
Location: Full time - Calgary, AB
Responsibilities:
· Generate sales leads and identify potential clients through research and prospecting activities.
· Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to present our automation hardware solutions and services.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate automation hardware products based on their requirements.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers both remotely and on-site when necessary.
· Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product availability, pricing and delivery.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to effectively position our products in the market.
· Track sales activities, maintain sales records and prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in inside sales or a related sales role, preferably in the automation hardware industry.
· Strong knowledge of automation hardware products, their applications, and the industry landscape.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers over the phone, email and in person.
· Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
· Results oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Self-motivated and driven to continuously learn and improve sales skills.
· Proficiency in using Salesforce software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities and generate reports.
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
