We currently have a Temporary Part-Time opportunity for a Patient Administrative Associate in the Covid-19 Assessment Centre at our Bayview Campus.
Summary of Duties
The PAA is responsible for staffing, scheduling, payroll and the administrative support to the COVID-19 Assessment Centre.
Qualifications/Skills
One year of Community College
One year of Administrative/Business experience required, in a health care setting preferred
Advanced computer skills
Demonstrated knowledge of ESP staff scheduling system
Keyboarding at net 40 wpm or net 106 kspm
Knowledge of software packages such as Word/Windows
Patient and Family focused care philosophy required
Ability to organize work effectively, and work at a fast pace in an unpredictable environment that requires the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Excellent telephone/customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
